Complete Restoration Project
In the beginning, this house was old and inefficient and the fire resulted in the house becoming a completely gutted shell. Then the house was successfully brought back to life by using modern methods of construction and renovation.
Today the house has the sustainability and efficiency of a new home while keeping the character and appeal of the old homestead.
This Old House is New Again
This is a very large project, approximately 1600 square feet of new space is being added to an existing home.
The new space is an open concept main floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms using a lot of modern concepts including: custom tile, stonework and hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, real wood siding and steel roof for sustainability.
